Middle Bay Farm offers the perfect setting for your rehearsal dinner, family reunion, clinic, retreat, or special event. Our beautiful property is tucked away on Middle Bay Cove, but is easily accessible by private car or contracted transportation. Our main house rooms and cottage suites will provide your guests with beautiful and comfortable accommodations, and access to a full-service kitchen will make preparing meals easy and convenient. Also, for large events such as parties, gatherings and presentations, an unheated barn, or shed room, offers great flexibility for whatever you have planned.

Wedding Events
Though we are unable to accommodate wedding ceremonies and receptions, we offer a charming waterfront location for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and honeymoons. The historic ambiance of our property will make your wedding-related activity truly memorable.

Family Gatherings
With all the demands on our lives these days, finding time to spend with family is more and more challenging. Let us provide a unique and fun location for you to focus on what matters -- time spent with your loved ones. Our picturesque location will provide a relaxing and memorable experience for all the members of your family, and local activities from hiking, kayaking and canoeing, to outlet shopping, antiquing, theater, and art galleries will be sure to offer something for everyone in your family to enjoy.

Workshops and Retreats
With two suites and four main house rooms, a barn, a large meeting/shed room and parlor for indoor activities, Middle Bay Farm offers a perfect location for small retreats and clinics. Book clubs, bridge groups, quilting groups, needlework groups, painting groups, cancer survivor groups, knitting circles and other groups will find a beautiful waterfront answer to their retreat location needs.

Want to plan a custom or personalized retreat for your friends and family? We offer an amazing get-away for a group to browse antique shops along the Maine coast in the autumn, play marathon bridge in front of a cozy winter fire, or learn Asian brush painting from a professional Maine artist in the early spring. You gather the group – we’ll help you plan the perfect retreat! (And we offer your first night gratis if you organize the group!)
